Founded in 2018, the Kinchen Group is a family-run company focused on helping people buy, sell and develop real estate. Our business model is designed to simplify the process of investing in land, and our team specializes in bridging the gaps between typically disconnected industry services. The Kinchen Group utilizes the expertise of its partner companies to provide a complete suite of services, geared towards the unique real estate market of the Florida Parishes.
Ross Kinchen, PLS
Ross Kinchen is the Kinchen Group’s president and CEO. He graduated from Nicholls State University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science degree in geomatics, minoring in business administration. He is a Louisiana licensed Professional Land Surveyor & also a Louisiana licensed real estate agent.
Trapper Kinchen
Trapper Kinchen is the Kinchen Group’s vice-president and communications director. He is a graduate of Louisiana State University and earned a master’s degree in English from Wayne State University in 2015. He is a duly commissioned and qualified Louisiana notary public, specializing in land conveyances.
Carla Foster
Carla Foster is the Kinchen Group’s chief administrator. She has been with the company since 2018, and she is responsible for handling inhouse bookkeeping, invoicing, and maintaining the Kinchen Group’s standard for excellence in customer relations.
Christian Strahan
Christian Strahan is the Kinchen Group’s property manager. She oversees the day-to-day administration of the company’s property management division.
Kyle Sharp, PLS
Kyle Sharp is the manager of The Kinchen Group’s land surveying department. He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial technology from Southeastern Louisiana University, which he earned in 2017. He is a skilled draftsman and has been a licensed Professional Land Surveyor since 2022.
Ty Wainwright
Ty Wainwright is a crew chief in The Kinchen Group’s land surveying department. He has been with the company since its founding. He graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2022 with a degree in business administration.
Paola Nettles
Paola Nettles is The Kinchen Group’s office assistant. She is an alumna of Southeastern Louisiana University, having earned a bachelor’s degree in family and consumer sciences in 2015.
Ethan Purvis
Ethan Purvis is a survey technician in The Kinchen Group’s land surveying department. He has been with the company since 2022.
Emiley Kinchen
Emiley Kinchen is The Kinchen Group's marketing coordinator. She has been
with the company since 2022.
